Located in the heart of Matlacha, FL., the Turtle House is a great get-a-way location for 1-4 people (one queen bed and an additional pull-out sofa). The living room provides fantastic views overlooking the bay area. This home provides furnished living for anything from a girls get-a-way, fishing trip, or a personal hiatus, accommodations with everything you need to settle in and relax. Located steps away from the worlds most fishingest bridge, great restaurants, shopping, art galleries, coffee, and candy shops.

Pelican House
Costal, Open, and Airy, the Pelican House is the perfect place for your next vacation. Located in St. James City, FL, it’s the perfect setting for a family vacation, couples get-a-way, or a great location to have fun with your friends. This home boasts 3 bedrooms (1 King, 1 Queen, Bunk Beds: Lower Queen, Upper Twin, Trundle Twin, Accommodates 4 Total), 2 full baths, large open congregation area for audio/video, open to dining & kitchen area, including breakfast nook/game table area. Off the open congregation area, you will walk out to the lanai (which also has access from the main bedroom) open your automatic screens to a gleaming swimming pool, walk around areas for lounging, and the hot tub. Off of the pool area you’ll find a tiki hut and new dock on the canal. It’s a great place to watch manatee and various wildlife. You’re also a 7-minute boat ride from sunny Sanibel.

“This was our first time to stay in the St. James City are on Pine Island. It was a great location and in a quiet neighborhood. The check-in and communication with the owner was excellent. Very clean and comfortable. Lovely decor all through the home. All kitchen items that we needed were available to us. The bed in the master bedroom was so comfortable. Spent a lot of our time outside by the enclosed pool reading and relaxing. We also enjoyed several of the restaurants in the area. We will definitely use this rental again if we return to Pine Island.”
